Free 30-minute call

Bring me the account that's stuck

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck and no slides. You’ll leave with a straight read on whether it’s fixable, roughly what it takes, and whether I’m the right person for it. If I’m not, I’ll say so on the call.

Tell me what's going on

Six fields, and the last one matters most. The more specific you are about the situation, the more useful the call is.

What happens on the call
1

You tell me the situation. I’ll usually have pulled up the profile and the site before we talk.

2

I tell you what I think is actually wrong, what I’d do first, and what I don’t think will move.

3

If it’s a fit, you get a scoped number that week. I quote per scope, not from a package sheet.

Before you book

Retainers start at $1,250 a month. Below that nobody can do strategic work, and I’d rather say so here than on the call.

I take a limited number of retainers at a time. If I’m full, I’ll tell you on the call instead of taking the money.

LinkedIn

“Trustworthy, quality, dependable, responsive. We have given him access to hundreds of clients’ websites. I’ve never had any kind of security issue.”

David Thompson, SEO Manager
Business owner

“I had no visibility on Google at all. Within five, six months I was getting a lot of leads — I’d say ten per month. That really changed my business.”

Before you book, here's
who this works for

Worth booking

Agencies with local clients they can’t afford to lose, or more local work than the team can absorb.

Service businesses with a location or defined service area, competing against 5 to 20 local rivals, who could handle more calls than they currently get.

Anyone with a live problem — a suspended profile, rankings that fell off, a site migration that went wrong.

Probably not yet

Brand new businesses with no reviews, no website, and no budget for either. Local SEO compounds — it needs something to compound on.

Categories nobody searches locally. If your customers come from referrals, trade shows, or outbound, this is a poor use of money. I’ll say so rather than sell you a retainer.

Anyone wanting a guaranteed #1. Nobody can promise that. I commit to the work, the measurement, and telling you the truth about both.

What people ask before booking

Free, and there’s no deck. I’d rather spend the thirty minutes looking at your actual profile and site than presenting at you. If the honest answer is that you don’t need me, that’s the answer you’ll get.

No. A URL is enough — everything I need for a first read is public. Access only comes up if we decide to work together, and nine years of agency access has produced zero security incidents.

A range on the call, a scoped number that week. I quote per scope rather than publishing packages, because a single-location profile rebuild and a forty-location retainer aren’t the same job and shouldn’t cost the same.

What’s fixed is the floor: retainers start at $1,250 a month. Under that, you’re paying for maintenance — posts and review replies — not for anyone thinking about your account.

That’s how most of these start. Bring one account, see how the first month goes, then decide whether to send more. Agencies have been doing exactly that since 2017 — several are still here nine years later.

I work US, UK, and Canada hours by design — it’s a staffing decision, not a favour. Mention your timezone in the message box and the slots I send back will already be in it.
